1. Pharmacy's NPI Number

2. Pharmacy's License and expiration date

3. Pharmacy's DEA number and expiration date.

1. Start by navigating to https://app.c2keep.com.

2. Next, enter your Email and Password.

3. Select Sign In.

4. If you have multiple pharmacies, choose the one you wish to log into.

5. Select Continue.

That's it! You have successfully logged into your C2Keep account.
