How to accept an invitation to join a C2 Keep account

Purpose of Document

This tutorial will guide you through the process of accepting an invitation to manage controlled substances by setting up your C2 Keep account.

Requirements to Complete Process

Before creating your account,

  1. A pharmacy admin must invite you to their pharmacy

  2. Ensure no one is logged into C2 Keep on the computer you use to set up your account.

  1. The administrator from the original pharmacy will send you an email.


  1. In your inbox, look for a welcome email from Support@c2keep.com titled 'Welcome to C2 Keep!'  The email will contain information about who invited you and the details of the pharmacy.

  1. To proceed with setting up your account, click on Create My Account in the email.

  1. Enter your first and last name. Your email address will be pre-populated for you. Enter your password and then click create my account.

  1. After your account is created, you will be prompted to set up your PIN. Hit Finish when you're done to complete the process of setting up your account.

  1. You should now have access to the pharmacy to manage controlled substances using C2 Keep.

Following these steps will successfully allow you to accept an invitation and create your C2 Keep account.
