To create a Returns to Wholesalers order, go to Returns to Wholesalers from the left menu. Then select Create Return to wholesaler. Select the drug by searching for its name or NDC. Enter the wholesaler or select one from the list. Enter the MRA number, and the invoice number Enter the CSOS DEA 222 number. Add the ship date. and the transaction date and time. You can select Add New File if you'd like to attach files to this order. After that, enter the return amount... you can add other NDCs by selecting the Add New NDC link. When you're finished, select Return Drug. Enter your pin. And that's it.
