How to create a waste/destroy inventory order

To create a Waste or Destroy inventory order, select Waste Destructions from the left menu. Then select Waste Destroy Inventory. Select the drug you want to waste or destroy by searching for its name or NDC. Enter a name for the waste or destroy transaction to easily identify later... then describe the method of destruction. Enter where the destruction took place. Select the date and time. Enter the quantity you have destroyed... you can add more NDCs by selecting the Add new NDC link. Then select Waste or Destroy Drug. Enter your PIN and have a Witness enter their PIN. That's it. You have created a Waste or Destroy order.
