Setting up FrameworkLTC Pharmacy Management System Integration with C2 Keep

This video discusses setting up a Framework LTC integration with C2 Keep. To begin, navigate to the Settings page of your C2 Keep account. Scroll down to Pharmacy Management System Integration. Hit Setup. Select Framework LTC. Hit Continue. The system will send you additional setup information to your email. Hit Confirm and Enter your PIN. The Framework LTC integration in C2 Keep will be set to Pending. You'll receive instructions and information in your email to complete the integration setup. including the integration URL, information about your username, and your unique password. There will also be an attached PDF with additional instructions. The PDF includes instructions to navigate to Framework HL7 Configuration Utility. Where you will hit Setup. Hit Add. In the interface Description, enter C2 Keep. For the connection method, enter Web service. For the outgoing URL, the username, and the password. You'll obtain all of that from the email you received from C2 Keep. In the Sending/Receiving Application ID, you'll enter C2 Keep with no spaces. Check Send RDE Messages and RDS Messages in the Outbound Messages from Framework LTC section. Lastly in the integration interface, you'll select License Keys and enable C2 Keep Interface for every facility you service. Once finished and C2 Keep begins to receive messages from your FrameworkLTC instance, You will get an email notifying you that the Framework LTC integration for your pharmacy is ready to activate. Navigate back to the C2 Keep settings page and the Framework LTC integration will no longer say pending, but will have a toggle that you can activate to begin processing controlled substances transactions you want to track in C2 Keep, You can easily find, modify and confirm them. And that's how you set up the Framework LTC integration with C2 Keep.
