How to suspend a teammate’s access to your pharmacy’s C2 Keep account

Purpose of the document

This tutorial will guide you through the steps necessary to suspend a teammate's account.

Requirements to complete the process

Only a Company Admin or Pharmacy Admin can suspend a teammate's account.

The teammates' invitation status must be Active.

  1. First, go to the Team section.

  1. Select Edit next to the teammate you want to suspend.

  1. Next, toggle right Suspend Account.

  1. Finally, select Save Changes.

Your teammate's account has been successfully suspended by following these steps.
