Transcript
In this video, I will provide information to help you understand C2 Keep's transaction date/time feature. When recording any transactions in C2 Keep, you will have a transaction date/time option that you can modify. This time allows you to record the actual time the activity was physically completed in the pharmacy. For instance, if this prescription was dispensed on April 7th, 2025 at 15:49 You can set your transaction date/time to match... And proceed to recording it. The system will place the transaction in the correct date/time position amongst all completed transactions and update the perpetual inventory. It is important to know that the system stores the transaction date/time as the performed time. You can see this time on the side panel. Alternatively, you can see it throughout the system in the date/time column. It is also important to know that all C2 Keep reports use the performed time or transaction date/time. As you can see here, this time is the time the activity was performed and not when it was recorded. In C2 Keep, the recorded time is when the user enters their PIN. The recorded time cannot be modified, and of course, it can differ from the performed time. And that's a brief overview to help you understand what C2 Keep's transaction date/time is. And as discussed, when recording any transaction, you can of course pick and modify the date time.
