This tutorial will guide you through editing a teammate's profile.
Only a Company Admin or Pharmacy Admin can edit a teammate's profile.
The teammates' invitation status must be Active.
A teammate can edit their profile, too. To learn how, visit the Personal Profile, Password, and PIN Management section.
Go to Team from the left menu.
Select Edit next to the teammate you want to edit.
Next, you can edit their account information such as first name, last name, email, and role.
Finally, select Save changes to apply your changes.
Following these steps will successfully update the teammate's profile.
