This video discusses how to access the customer portal. In the Customer Portal, you'll be able to view your subscription. You can add your preferred payment method. You can view your invoices, and much more. To begin, you'll navigate to the left menu down to Customer Portal. Enter the email address you used to create your C2 Keep account. Once you enter your email address, the system will send you a one time password. Enter the password. Hit login. You'll now have access to the Customer Portal. Here you can manage your subscription. You can see and update your account information. You can see and update your billing address. You can see and update your preferred payment method. You can also look at your billing history. And download your invoices. And that's how you access your Customer Portal.
