How to add a wholesaler integration

Purpose of the document

This tutorial explains how to add a wholesaler integration.

Requirements to complete the process

Before connecting a wholesaler to your C2 Keep account, you must receive EDI credentials from the wholesaler. The credentials include

1. An sftp URL

2. A folder path

3. A port number

4. A username

5. A password

In most wholesaler cases, the sftp URL, port number, and folder path are already pre-populated.

1. Go to the settings page within the application.

2. In the Wholesaler Order Integration section, select Add Wholesaler.

3. Select Continue when the modal opens after reading the instructions. Next, enter the Username, Password, and Account Number that your wholesaler generated.

4. Select the Inventory location where you would like the orders to be received.

5. Click on Test Connection to ensure the settings are correctly configured.

6. Finally, select Finish.

By following these steps, you can effectively integrate wholesaler orders into your system.
