This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating a compound in C2 Keep
Requirements to Complete Process
Before creating a compound:
Make sure the pharmacy is set up to track compounds. You can learn to turn this feature on here.
Make sure you have a unique custom NDC for the compound –this will be linked to the package size.
Begin by navigating to Compounds in the left menu.
Once in the compounds dashboard, select Create compound.
Enter the compound name.
Next, enter the compound's dose.
Select a dosage unit.
Choose a form.
Enter the custom NDC and the package size. This cannot be changed later.
Finally, select Create and enter your PIN.
By following these steps, your compound has been successfully created.
