How to create and export a similar-on-hand report (SOH)

Purpose

This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating a similar on-hand report.

Requirement to complete the process.

1. Must have inventory in your account

2. Preferably, must have inventory with generic equivalents

3. Can create the report from the inventory page by clicking the qty in the SOH column.

1. First, navigate to Reports, then select Similar On Hand.

2. You will be taken to the Similar On Hand report's page. Here, you can filter the report by date range, a specific drug, or a location. For any NDC you select, the report will include all similar on-hand NDCs.

3. In this example, we will select Hydrocodone and then run the report.

4. You'll see a history of all similar on-hand Hydrocodone NDCs, and how each activity affected to similar on-hand quantity.

5. You can export the report as a PDF file or save it as a CSV.

By following these steps, you will successfully create and download your similar on-hand report.
