Purpose of the document
This tutorial will help you navigate your C2 Keep in-app notifications and messages.
Requirements to Complete Process
To receive notifications/messages, users must have access to the C2 Keep application.
New notifications/messages will pop up on the bottom right of the main dashboard. You can click on Read More to view the full message, or select Got it to close the message.
Messages can also be accessed by clicking on your name icon and selecting Messages. Here, you will find previous messages and their read status.
You can delete messages by clicking on Delete and confirming by selecting Yes, Delete.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your notifications and messages.
