Purpose of the document
This tutorial will guide you through the process of recording a lost or stolen medication transaction in your C2 Keep account.
On the main dashboard, select More. Then, select Report Lost or Stolen.
Search for the medication that was lost or stolen by name or NDC.
Select the location where the medication was and then enter the count.
Then, select Record Lost Stolen.
Enter your PIN now.
The medication you selected will be labeled as Lost or Stolen and deducted from your inventory.
By following these steps, you will successfully record any lost or stolen medication.
