How to create your pharmacy’s C2 Keep account

Purpose of Document

This tutorial goes over how to create your pharmacy's C2 Keep account.

Requirements to Complete Process

Before creating your account, you'll want to gather the following:

  1. Pharmacy's NPI Number

  2. Pharmacy's License and expiration date

  3. Pharmacy's DEA number and expiration date.

  1. Begin by entering your First Name, Last name, your Email Address, and a Secure Password.

  1. Once all information is entered, click Create My Account.

  1. You will then be prompted to enter your Pharmacy's NPI Number. Please ensure to check the information entered.

  1. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of EULA.

  1. To use the system, you must enter into a BAA Agreement with C2 Keep. Choose between the available options, and then click Continue.

  1. Review your pharmacy details, then enter your license number, license expiration, DEA number, and DEA expiration. Then, click Next.

  1. Finally, set your Four-Digit PIN. Click Finish to complete the account creation process.

Congratulations! You have successfully created your C2 Keep account. Your account will be under review, which may take up to 48 hours. Once your account is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email to continue set up.
