How to create your pharmacy’s C2 Keep account

This tutorial goes over how to create your pharmacy's C2 Keep account.
Requirements to Complete Process
Before creating your account, you'll want to gather the following:
Pharmacy's NPI Number
Pharmacy's License and expiration date
Pharmacy's DEA number and expiration date.
1Begin by entering your First Name, Last name, your Email Address, and a Secure Password.
2Once all information is entered, click Create My Account.
3You will then be prompted to enter your Pharmacy's NPI Number. Please ensure to check the information entered.
4You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of EULA.
5To use the system, you must enter into a BAA Agreement with C2 Keep. Choose between the available options, and then click Continue.
6Review your pharmacy details, then enter your license number, license expiration, DEA number, and DEA expiration. Then, click Next.
7Finally, set your Four-Digit PIN. Click Finish to complete the account creation process.
Congratulations! You have successfully created your C2 Keep account. Your account will be under review, which may take up to 48 hours. Once your account is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email to continue set up.
