How to create your pharmacy’s C2 Keep account

To create your C2 Keep account, please start by entering your first name. Next, enter your last name. Now, please input your email address. Choose a secure password for your account. After that, click on Create My Account. Enter your pharmacy's NPI number here. Make sure to check the box. I agree to the terms and conditions of EULA. You must enter into a BAA agreement with C2 Keep in order to use the system. Please choose between the two options provided. Then, click Continue. Review your pharmacy details carefully. Next, enter your pharmacy's license number. Choose the expiration date. Then, please enter your DEA number. Also enter your DEA expiration date. Click Next to proceed. Set your four-digit PIN for security. Do not share this with anyone. Click Finish to complete the process. That's it! Your account will be under review, and this may take up to 48 hours. When approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
