How to create an active drugs audit
Purpose of the document
This tutorial will guide you through the steps to create an Active Drugs audit for auditing drugs that have been active over a specified time period.
Requirements to complete the process
Must have recorded activity in C2 Keep
To initiate the process, navigate to the Audits dashboard and select the Create Audit option.
In the Select Type section, choose Active Drugs.
Next, in the Schedule section, select all the necessary options. By default, all schedules are selected.
Next, select the time period you want to focus on and the locations if you have this feature turned on.
Then, select Create.
The system will pull all the NDCs that match your selection criteria. For each NDC selected, enter the actual count you have. If there are any discrepancies, you must resolve them.
If there are no discrepancies, you can confirm the counts by selecting Confirm NDCs and entering your PIN.
Finally, complete and close the audit by clicking Complete Audit and entering your PIN.
