Purpose of the document
This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating an ad hoc audit in C2 Keep.
Requirements to complete the process
The desire to complete audits for a random and user-selected number of drugs.
Must have locations turned on to filter by locations.
Go to Audits from the left menu.
Select Create Audit.
Next, set the type to ad hoc and select the location where you want the NDCs to be selected from.
After that, select Create.
Find the drugs you wish to include in the audit through the search bar. Then, select the count for each drug.
If your count matches the expected inventory, you can proceed by selecting Confirm NDC.
If your count differs from the expected inventory, you must select a reason in the Reconcile drop-down menu.
Enter all the required information. Then, select the button related to the reason you entered.
Proceed to select Confirm.
Lastly, select Complete Audit and enter your PIN to finalize the process.
By following these steps, you will successfully create and complete an ad hoc audit.
