How to create an ad hoc audit

To create an ad hoc audit, go to Audits. Select Create Audit. Choose the ad hoc option On the location, choose one or more locations where you wish to select drugs from. By default, all locations are selected. Select Create. Search for the drugs you want to include in the audit. Then enter the actual count for each of the NDCs. If you have the same count as the expected inventory, You can just go ahead and select Confirm NDC. If your count is different from the expected inventory, You have to select the reconcile drop down button Then, Select a reason why the actual count is different from the expected inventory. Enter the required information Then record it. Then go to Confirm. When all NDCs are audited, select Complete Audit. and Enter your PIN.
