How to log out of your C2 Keep account
Purpose of the document
This tutorial will guide you through the process of logging out of your account.
Requirements to Complete Process
Before creating your account, you'll want to gather the following:
Pharmacy's NPI Number
Pharmacy's License and expiration date
Pharmacy's DEA number and expiration date.
To log out of your account, first select your Profile on the top right corner.
Next, select Log Out.
Following these steps, you will successfully log out of your account.
