    How to set an integrated wholesaler to inactive

    This tutorial will guide you through the steps to set a wholesaler to inactive in the system.

    Purpose of the document

    This tutorial will guide you through the steps to set an integrated wholesaler to inactive in the system.

    Requirements to Complete Process

    1. The wholesaler integration status must be Active.

    2. It's best to do this if the pharmacy isn't ready to go LIVE yet.

    1. Go to the settings page within the application..

    1. In the Wholesaler Order Integration section, select the 3 dot icon next to the wholesaler you wish to make inactive.

    1. Select Make Inactive.

    1. After that, you can view this wholesaler integration in the Inactive tab.

    Now you have successfully set the wholesaler to inactive.
