    This tutorial will guide you through the process of updating your PIN when you do not know your current PIN.

    Requirements to Complete Process

    Before updating your PIN, you must gather your email address and password.

    1. First, select the lock icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.

    1. Select I forgot my PIN.

    1. Next, enter your login credentials to proceed. Then, select Continue.

    1. Enter a new PIN and then hit Set PIN to create your new PIN.

    1. Now, you may enter the new PIN to unlock the screen.

    By following these steps, you will successfully update your PIN even if you do not know your current one.
