Purpose of the document
This tutorial will guide you through the process of setting up a Framework LTC integration with your C2 Keep account.
Requirements to complete process
Must have access to the FrameworkLTC Configuration Utility
To begin, navigate to the Settings page of your C2 Keep account and scroll down to Pharmacy Management System Integration and hit Setup.
Select Framework LTC and then hit Continue.
Hit Confirm and Enter your PIN. Then, click OK.
Your Framework LTC integration in C2 Keep will be set to Pending.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the integration, which will include an integration URL, information about your username, and your unique password. Additionally, there will be an attached PDF with further instructions.
The attached PDF provides instructions on how to set up the interface using the Framework HL7 Configuration Utility. To do so, hit Setup and then Add.
In the interface Description, enter C2 Keep. For the connection method, enter Web service. For the outgoing URL, your username and password, you may obtain from the email you received from C2 Keep.
Select the appropriate options in the Outbound Messages from FrameworkLTC section.
In the Integration interface, select license keys. For every facility that you fill controlled substances for, enable the C2 Keep interface.
Once all of that is completed and C2 Keep begins to receive messages from your Framework integration session, you will receive an email notifying you that the Framework integration for your pharmacy is now ready to turn on and activate.
When you navigate back to the Settings page of your pharmacy, the Framework LTC integration will no longer indicate Pending, but will instead be a toggle that you can activate to begin receiving pending transactions that match the controlled substances you want to track from C2 Keep, allowing you to easily click, modify, and confirm.
